Hear for Life Hearing Aid Center - Fresno

“My first experience with Hearing for Life was to have my hearing texted. That was a pleasant experience, then for my second visit I walked across the hall and ordered my hearing aids, at that time hearing for life made a three-week appointment for pickup. Several weeks later they canceled my appointment. I reminded them that I would be leaving the country for an extended stay. Unfortunately for me I was unable to secure possession of said hearing aids pryer to my departure. But on my return to the states I was informed that my hearing aids had been returned to the manufacturer and that I would need to start from square one, so I did. But their attitude went from bad to worse. I felt as though I were a bother and that they were doing me a favor? Unfortunately I walk out of Hearing for Life feeling totally stressed, uninformed and with a knot in the pit of my stomach that screamed YOU JUST GOT HAD! Maybe I'm just old fashioned by thinking you (the client) deserve to be treated better than a non-person. I totally understand that people have bad days but what I experienced was too much. ”
