She holds a certificate of clinical competence in audiology from the American Speech Language Hearing Association and a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Heather specializes in the evaluation and non-medical treatment of hearing loss and has extensive training in hearing evaluation and rehabilitative audiology.
