“Got a new phone and hearing aid app didn't work. Went in and they fixed the problem immediately, no charge.”

“I am an old cynic. I’m 88. I went to this provider because I was tired of hearing my daughter telling me to quit shouting. Hearing aids would not work. I picked this provider from a list from my insurer, only because it was the closest. I had low expectations. Wow! The young lady that helped me changed me. She really seemed to know what she was doing. But I’ll wait and see although I already would have bought a used car from her. When I later returned for my new ears I couldn’t believe what I experienced. People were really not mumbling. There were really sounds outside. I heard the sound of rain. As I write this I am watching and LISTENING to a football game and I have lowered the volume and shut off captions. This old cynic is a believer. ”
