“Arrived for a hearing test, quoted a fee and paid in full before I saw the Dr. Later received a bill for additional fees. The Dr provided more services than what I came in for and now are billing me. Currently in dispute to not pay for services I did not schedule. Not professional and very back handed. ”

“I was very disappointed when the secretary handed my mother a tablet and told her to answer the questions. She has dementia and no idea how to use a tablet. When I asked for paper instead she said it is policy to use the tablet. I recommended that they get some paper questionaires for elderly that cannot do the tablets. She had no interest in what I was asking. After all we do live in an elderly community! ”
