“In the first year I “visited Ear Tone three times because the hearing aides were not fitting correctly and there was very poor sound. According to Ear Tone I was required to pay $100 for my fourth visit even though the hearing aids have not worked properly. Now I received notice that my hearing aids would have to be paired to my iPhone and as a result are no longer working- I have tried repeatedly to pair the hearing aids to my phone but it’s has not worked. So to fix the problem I have to pay another $100 for technical issues caused by these hearing aides ”

“They have a web site that makes it easy to schedule an appointment and even cancel or reschedule one if necessary. When I have had an aid fail they have been able to make the repair quickly. They even made sure mine were returned to the manufacturer for a complete checkup before my warranty expired. April 2024 Update: Eartone offered a webinar on a new hearing aid model that was very helpful. Rina explained the options and costs my insurance offers for new hearing aids.”
