I told them I could only take the one’s that were covered because I was on a fixed income. Doctor O was very nice and pleasant towards me. She said don’t worry her staff would find out how much they would cover for me. She came back in and said they covered two of them. I was done in about half an hour. When they came in I went in DR. O showed me how to put them in and she was so nice and patient with me. Thank You DOC. O AND STAFF. They fit nicely and were easy to put in once DOC O showed me. I was in and out 15-20 minutes. This was so amazing nothing ever goes easy for me but this did. My two sisters kept telling me to call them because they both went there for theirs. “Hello All, Today I would like to write a little review for Dr. Kyle Woods. I originally met Dr. Woods in Alliance, Ohio about 9 years ago when the hearing aids i had were old and needed replaced. From the Start... Dr. Woods listened to my concerns, and issues i had with the past non- PHONAK brand. I work as a Field Service Technician Traveling around the world hosting Customers and working on loud Equipment, They needed to be the Best!! I had already done some research on my own before even setting up the appointment, but was still skeptical. Dr. Woods listened and assisted me with trying them on and testing/adjusting them. After purchasing them as normal I needed a few adjustment but it was hard to setup an appointment never knowing were I would be. I had to miss a few but when I explained to her my job, from that day to present she has always been able to accommodated me and my work schedule. “Was have a static problem with my right ear hearing aid and it was found to have a defective speaker. Unit was sent out for repairs and received back in a week. Hearing aids were reprogrammed and new software updates were applied. Very happy will prompt service and information I received about my hearing . problem.
