“I contacted Audiology Concepts a few days ago because I had a problem with one of my hearing aids. I explained to the receptionist that I was traveling through and I could someone see me early the next day. She was able to find an early opening with an audiologist, there. When I arrived the next day Karla, the audiologist, did a good job identifying what was going on. Although she wasnt totally able to fix it, she told me what was going on so that I could have the audiologist back home work on it. She was thorough and very helpful. She did everything that could have been done at the time. I sure appreciated her help. I definitely would recommend this company. They do care about their patients.”

“When I first went to audiology concepts, I was seen by the owner and very nice, very helpful in working with the hearing aids I had. Then I went back in and asked for my old aids to be turned up while others were being repaired. I was told they could not adjust those hearing aids as they would have to download a program they didn’t have. I guess the tech was not in the mood that day. My experience the first visit was good enough, I still went back. New audiologist seemed very thorough. she was able to find ways to adjust how my hearing aids picked up sound, send in one for repair and make another repair herself on other. I met w her in person and over zoom meeting to make adjustments. Was very happy but then insurance changed to Medicare and although I have coverage for hearing, audiology concepts said I did not, but said my hearing test covered…? Ok… she explained they were not accepted to order new hearing aids and they would not bill my secondary as they did not do that… but pretty sure the owner did… I think. Not sure but now I have to find some place else to go to get hearing aid replaced. They wouldn’t even bill out for my batteries. Not very happy. Owner made me feel very welcome but the tech basically told me to go somewhere else and now the new audiologist did the same. Maybe it’s the new insurance but it seems odd audiology concepts would be covered to adequately perform my hearing test but not to sell me new hearing aids? Not sure why that would be but now I need to take my test and go door to door to find someone to order them. I’d rather go to one place and the location was great, I never had an issue getting supplies or scheduling appts. But I need to go somewhere me where else now.”
