“Easy access for people with disabilities. They offer physical therapy in addition to their Audiology exams and testing. You walk passed the therapy room and down a small hallway to get to the Audiology exam room. Both areas were very nicely set up, very clean and comforting. Dr Powell did a very thorough exam on my 90 year old mother. She was very patient and kind and kept stopping at intervals to see if we had any questions before moving forward. She took her time to answer and met all of my mother's needs. I would definitely recommend this office!”

“WOW, Was I ever surprised on my first visit to inquire if in fact, I needed a hearing aid. It was determined that I needed help. After a short frank talk about what was out there on the market, Dr. Pinson showed me what she currently had in stock. At no time was I pushed to purchase any thing. She provided a loaner to me to try for a few days. After about a week I returned to the office and we discussed what my issues were. No problem getting more information on the particular brand of aid, another at home test and that was the one for me.
