“WOW, Was I ever surprised on my first visit to inquire if in fact, I needed a hearing aid. It was determined that I needed help. After a short frank talk about what was out there on the market, Dr. Pinson showed me what she currently had in stock. At no time was I pushed to purchase any thing.
