“Dr Palmer and everyone at Clayton Audiology are great! They are willing to work with you to get the best possible results for your particular hearing loss. I received a Cochlear Implant for my left ear in July 2024 with their assistance and they have worked with me extensively in learning to hear in this new and unique way. I appreciate all their expertise and would highly recommend them.”
“I always gave a great experience when I go to Clayton Audiology. Everyone is so helpful and personable and take good care of my hearing aids. ”
“I’ve worn hearing aids for 20 years and would usually get them thru company stores, e.g., Beltone. I have severe hearing loss and difficulty understanding words and sticking with new models of one brand of hearing aid just wasn’t working so a few years ago I went to Clayton Audiology and I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Dr. Palmer understood my problem and after testing she recommended a hearing aid that would help although not completely correct my problem. She’s very knowledgeable and truly wants to help her patients. I recently also had Dr Thornton work with me on correcting a problem and although new she definitely knew what she was doing. In the description they mentioned this is a family business and you can feel that right away and you quickly become part of the family.”
“Over the many years I've been a patient, Melissa and Jill have consistently been knowledgeable, professional and gracious......all in a no pressure environment. I can think of no higher recommendation.”
“Nice knowledgeable act like that they were interested look ed nice clean place”

At Clayton Audiology We Offer
Audiometric Testing - This hearing test evaluates your ability to understand speech by using high-frequency words that are often confused in conversation. You’ll repeat several words that you hear through earphones to make sure you’re able to discern sound combinations in speech. Audiometric tests measure hearing loss as a percent as well as a percent of words you heard accurately.
Tympanometry - Aids in determining how well the eardrum moves and the health of the conduction bones.
Speech Testing - This will reveal whether you’re hearing speech with clarity.
