She also explained why she's still having difficulty with them. Do to a separate tube issue. We're now going to see an ENT to get medical advice. Everyone is always happy and we're well taken care of. We do often need to leave a message, but this is very understandable and calls are returned promptly. This is my mother's 3rd audiologist, due to moving and by far the best we've seen. ”

“I knew I had some hearing loss especially if there is a lot of noise it’s difficult to focus. I work in Surgery so hearing is very important. I saw Meagan her 4th year grad student. She performed a hearing test and explained everything to me beforehand of what to expect. Afterwards she sat down and went over my results. She was so patient and knowledgeable about everything. Not sure I am quite ready for hearing aids but I will continue to follow up and once I decide I won’t go anywhere else but Clayton Audiology! The whole office is very nice. Jill worked with our insurance company to find out what our insurance covered and I was pleasantly surprised to what our insurance company was willing to pay.
