Mary Gootee was born and raised in a small rural town in Ontario, Canada. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Economics from the University of Arkansas in 1988. Mary’s passion for hearing healthcare began after she experienced her own hearing loss in 2001. Inspired to help others, she obtained her Hearing Aid Dispenser license in 2008 and began providing hearing services to retirement communities throughout central Indiana.

In 2014, Mary opened and managed a Hearing Lab Technology office in Lafayette, Indiana, where she helped hundreds of clients reconnect with the sounds of life. She joined HearingLife in 2020 and continues to serve her community with compassion and expertise. Mary is an active member of the Indiana Hearing Aid Dealers Association and a proud partner of the Indiana Lions Club.

A Brownsburg, Indiana resident for more than 30 years, Mary enjoys spending time with her husband and two cats. In her free time, she loves relaxing with friends, sharing laughter, and listening to music around the bonfire.

With over four decades of experience in the hearing healthcare field, Dennis has been a licensed Hearing Instrument Specialist since 1983. Throughout his long and successful career, he has remained passionate about helping individuals overcome hearing challenges and rediscover the joy of clear communication.

Dennis believes that hearing well is essential to maintaining strong connections with family, friends, and the world around us. He takes a personalized approach with every client, carefully listening to their needs and tailoring hearing solutions that fit their unique lifestyles. His extensive knowledge of hearing technology, combined with a deep commitment to compassionate care, allows him to provide exceptional results and ongoing support long after the initial fitting.

Over the years, Dennis has built lasting relationships with his clients by earning their trust through honesty, professionalism, and a genuine desire to improve their quality of life. Whether it’s conducting hearing evaluations, fitting the latest hearing instruments, or offering expert guidance, Dennis strives to ensure each person feels heard, understood, and confident in their hearing journey.
