“After a over a year and a half of loving my hearing aids, I started thinking that my hearing was getting worse so I scheduled a new hearing test. Everyone at at Park Place Hearing Center is so friendly and helpful, they didn’t just listen to my complaints, they actually heard my concerns and acted to alleviate them. Dennis checked that my ear drums were okay—-although there was wax blocking one ear, and he removed the wax without me having to make a separate visit to an ENT. Laura realized during the test that the ear phones were closing off my ear canals (especially the left which is narrower). Because I cannot stream with my hearing aids through my PC, I use head phones. A few months ago, I purchased a noise-canceling headset which is so tight that it compressed the ear canals and made me think that my hearing had diminished. Problem solved! Knowing that my hearing has not changed took away my worries and I left their office feeling happy and carefree. I highly recommend Park Place Hearing Center. ”
