“If this review was on Jon and the front desk, it would be a 5. But this review is about my last experience with Jack it is a 1 - and I won’t be back. I had an appointment to get my hearing aid fixed and due to a coming storm, called to see if there were any cancellations. The Hearing Life rep was nice, rescheduled me for 4:00 that day. When I arrived, they had no idea about the change. Jon was not available so I was to see Jack. He said I’m all ready for your test, and I said I’m only here to get my hearing aid fixed. He said “ Are you sure you want to waste money on getting them fixed or put it towards new hearing aids?” I said until Covid was over I only want it fixed. He said I’ll check my ‘junk drawer’ to see if I have a speaker but I doubt it. I can sell you a new pair from $3500 to $10000. He made no effort to help me and said ‘well good luck getting anyone else to help you’ and I left. A local company was very helpful and able to help and will get my business when Covid is over and I get new hearing aids.”
