“One of my hearing malfunctioned. Professional Hearing sent it back to the manufacturer and arranged for no charge. When it came back to their office, I made an appointment to have it re-programmed and setup on my phone again. I sat in Jamie's with while she set everything up again. She was very pleasant and the process was perfect. I strongly recommend the Professional Hearing Center.”

Then Dr. Lantz clearly explained how to address my hearing loss and suggested I try hearing aids. After my brain adjusted to the sounds I hadn't been hearing, I realized this was the way to go.
