I needed someone who was not only very knowledgable about my options, but was also readily available to me for hearing aid assistance when I needed it. I was a judge at the time I started working with him, and I needed my hearing aids in good working order every day in court. Chris gave me a telephone number where I could reach him and he worked with me on an emergency basis whenever I needed an adjustment in my hearing aids.
