Born in Philadelphia, Mitchell “Mitch” Stein moved to Maryland at age nine when his father purchased a hearing aid center in Annapolis. Growing up in the hearing aid industry, Mitch began working with his father at 12, learning every aspect of the business and discovering his lifelong passion for helping others hear better.
With both his father and grandmother affected by hearing loss—and as someone who is hearing impaired himself—Mitch understands firsthand the challenges it brings to individuals and families. He is licensed in Massachusetts as a Hearing Instrument Specialist and is Nationally Board Certified by the National Board for Certification in Hearing Instrument Sciences.
Mitch is passionate about improving lives through better hearing and enjoys sharing his personal experiences and technological expertise with his customers. In his free time, he’s an avid bowler and music enthusiast who appreciates how modern hearing aid technology enhances both conversation and sound.
