Whisper Hearing Centers - Carmel

Brenda has enjoyed practicing audiology and fitting hearing aids in the private sector since graduating with her Master of Arts Degree in Audiology from Indiana University in Bloomington. She finds the challenging cases and dynamic environment at Whisper Hearing Centers a great fit and uses her 30 years of experience working to improve even the most difficult hearing losses. Using her skills to help people hear better is the most satisfying aspect of her job. Brenda is licensed to practice Audiology in the state of Indiana, holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology from the American Speech Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Her favorite activities include cooking, fitness, and spending meaningful time with friends and family, including her cats. She currently sees patients at our Carmel location.

Megan received her Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Purdue University and received her Doctor of Audiology degree from Indiana University. She previously worked at an ENT practice in Hampton Roads, Virginia before moving back to Indiana in 2014. She is licensed in the state of Indiana and has a Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology through the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Barb earned her Bachelor of General Studies degree and her Master of Arts degree in Audiology, both from the University of Kansas. She is currently the Assistant Director of Audiology for Whisper Hearing Centers. Her areas of special interest include Cochlear Implants and Bone Anchored Hearing Aids. Barb is licensed in the state of Indiana and is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA). In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, traveling, and attending her daughter's youth softball events.

Brianna received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Butler University. She went on to earn her Doctor of Audiology degree from Vanderbilt University. She is a licensed audiologist in the state of Indiana and has a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology through the America Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). Brianna is originally from St. Louis and enjoys reading, traveling, and spending time with her cats.

Laynie earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Speech Pathology and Audiology and her Doctorate of Audiology from Ball State University. She is a licensed audiologist in the state of Indiana and has a Certificate of Clinical Competency in Audiology through the America Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA). She is passionate about helping patients improve their communication and quality of life. Outside of work, Laynie enjoys backing, reading, and binge watching her favorite TV shows.

Adam received his Bachelor of Arts degree in English Literature and History from Taylor University. Adam is a lifelong resident of Indianapolis and is frequently hiking in Eagle Creek Park, traveling to National Parks, or existing as a homebody with a stack of books.
