“I was impressed with your facility because i was treated wit respect and Dr Gray explain to me why my hearing isn't as good as in the past. Dr Gray gave several options on what I can do to improve my hearing. May 2025 - UPDATE - I have been to this office twice and each time it has been great, employees are very friendly and helpful, especially Dr Erin Rohn & Erica. I would definitely recommend this office who needs help with their hearing.”

“On my previous visit I received a hearing aid repair fee schedule. I feel the prices are outrageous. I have been a social worker for the elderly, who are the people who mostly use this service. I have had the experience of elders needing their TV remote rebooted or help navigating their smart phone, I have helped free of charge. Many of these folks are on fixed incomes. To charge, per hearing aid, $200 to reprogram their hearing aids, is greedy at best. I it found disheartening. ”

“The office over all is very nice. The Doctor was very helpful and friendly. One thing while completing patient information I was annoyed by the loud talking by front office staff. I know they are young. Not professional at all. Their desk had purses and lunch bags and looked very unprofessional. I retired after working 25 years in the medical career. ”

“My husband and I both recently had hearing tests and appointments with the doctor. The hearing test was the most thorough one I’ve ever had, I was very impressed. Everyone in the office is so nice and although the waiting room looks crowded when I first came in the way it was not bad at all. We even got a personal phone call from the doctor after our visit which was really nice. I highly recommend this office. ”

“It was more than 5 years since my last Cochlear Implant processor upgrade. We received it and then had a hard time finding someone to program my processor. We live in Santa Barbara and there was no one in our area but our processor manufacturer, Advanced Bionics, recommended West Coast Hearing and Balance in Oxnard. Their staff was wonderful and made it very easy for us. Dr Kelsey Baney AuD was superb in providing all my desired programs for my cochlear Implant that I wanted. She also programmed my Phonak Hearing Aid as well. I highly recommend them!!!”

“I've had 2 appointments here so far. And during both visits, I didn't have to wait very long before seeing the doctors. My dealings with Dr. Lee and Dr. Plevack (nee Schroeder) were very pleasant and professional.”

“Dr. Schroeder & staff are great. Not giving 5 stars for these reasons: 1) Was contacted just the day before my appt. to verify insurance & was advised at that point I needed medical clearance from my primary; left little time to get it; and 2) I’m still not totally happy with my upgraded hearing aids, the latest issue is failing to pair with my smartphone. Having to schedule repeated appts. to deal with issues is a pain.”
