“When I made the appointment they were very helpful in getting the health insurance information and the dates and times that worked for me. Checking in at the appointment was smooth and quick and in a very short time the doctor greeted me. After a hearing test, she fitted my current aids properly and talked about new replacements. And we both agreed to the next appointment day that met my schedule. A very pleasant experience all around. I feel confident that when the new aids are fitted, programmed and paired to my cell phone, I will be hearing better in the environments and phone calls where before I was missing parts of the conversations. ”

“Office collected all my insurance information up front but, after the sales drill, told me neither of my carriers would cover anything towards the brands they offer. So I spent all the time filling out their forms, taking the hearing tests, travel and arranged to take off work for naught. Dr told me no one covers their brands, as if I should have known this. But, I could pay the over 12 months. Wow, thanks. Had to pay a $50 testing fee plus a total of 3 hours invested so I’m out a minimum of $250 total with loss of pay and travel. Unprofessional and a blatant disregard for their patient’s time and efforts. A simple “by the way, your insurance will not cover any of our costs” would be good at the time of appointment scheduling. ”

They were very helpful, made the impressions, suggested the appropriate filters for me and made sure they fit well. I now use them to cut the grass, go to concerts, and play in the band. My only regret is not getting these 15 years ago. 8^)”
