Clinic details

Better Hearing, Better Understanding, Better Listening.

The clinical audiologists at Tri-City Audiology are degree holding, university trained professionals certified by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. We regularly participate in continuing education conferences in order to maintain the highest skill levels, and to update our knowledge and expertise in new technologies and products. But we are only half of the equation. You are the other half. A hearing aid is not a casual, off-the-shelf purchase. It is a powerful medical device that must be selected and adjusted according to each patient’s specific needs, much like a prescription pair of glasses.

At Tri-City Audiology, we consider your hearing health, your lifestyle, your budget and the available technology before recommending the hearing aid that is just right for you. Then we make minor adjustments as necessary, as you get used to your new listening experience. Being both clinical audiologists and licensed hearing aid dispensers, we are uniquely qualified to accurately assess your hearing loss, then provide the best possible option from our vast selection.

We carry the finest lines of hearing aids and accessories, all reasonably priced, regardless of the category or technology. That includes all three technologies: 100% digital, digitally programmable and traditional analog. In addition, we offer a 30-day trial period on every hearing aid we dispense. As health care professionals, we encourage you to consult with your doctor about your hearing health care. We will gladly provide your doctor with a complete report and a copy of your hearing test results.

As September approaches, Dave and Kay prepare to embark on their well-earned retirement. After years of unwavering dedication, we express our deepest gratitude for their remarkable contributions and tireless service to the community. Their impact has been profound, and the legacy they’ve built will continue to inspire and resonate in the lives they’ve touched.

Hearing care services

Below are Some of our products and services offered at Tri-City Audiology

Audiometry/Hearing Tests - There are several different types of hearing tests available that will evaluate your ability to hear.

  • Audiometry - Most commonly known as a hearing test. This diagnostic test will evaluate your ability to hear.
  • Speech Testing -  This will reveal whether you’re hearing speech with clarity.
  • Otoacoustic Emissions Testing -  Measures tiny, inaudible sounds that your ears make in response to detected sound stimuli.

If you have hearing loss, these tests detect the type of hearing loss you have and whether your hearing loss is mild, moderate or severe. Based on your test results, your audiologist may recommend treatment like hearing aids or cochlear implants.

After the testing is completed Together we will review your hearing test results recorded on your audiogram. Then we’ll be able to identify the best hearing loss treatment for your lifestyle and level of hearing. If you are a candidate for hearing aids, we will suggest the most suitable hearing aid style and technology based on your degree of hearing loss, needs, lifestyle and budget.

Hearing aid fitting - A hearing aid fitting is a specific process in which a new pair of hearing aids are programmed and customly tailored for an individual wearer. Almost all hearing aid devices are uniquely customizable. We will check the overall fit, sound output, and programming of your hearing aid.  If we’re unable to schedule an in-person visit, we offer remote programming and hearing aid adjustments.

Hearing aid repairs - In office or we’ll send them back to the manufacturer for you If we’re not able to repair them on-site.

Hearing aid clean & checks - Patient Care Plan members enjoy free hearing aid clean and checks.
