“I rated the Commission For Children Office in Morehead, KY poor due to unfriendly staff. It seems that they will not work with you what so ever. They do not return phone calls. I asked at our first hearing aid fitting appointment to pushed out 30 minutes a week ahead of time due to this being my husbands lunch and so he wouldn't have to take day off work for this appointment. No, they can't do that. However, he waited in office 34 minutes at the schedule time before being called back, with no others waiting in waiting room. Ask for next available appointment today due to a conflict in our schedule with current appointment 2nd week of December? I just don't believe they want to work with anyone. ”
