Her knowledge, skill, care and professionalism have made it easy to trust her and to learn from her. When someone treats you the same whether you are asking them to clean and reprogram aids they don't get to sell, or when they are teaching me about the quality and features of new ones I might buy, you have quite a find... service, care, and knowledge ahead of profit. Martha Artz-Cain suggested a behind-the-ear Oticon/GET BTE digital. There was a problem with my mother in-law having wax build-up in her left ear. After this problem was solved, we find her hearing is so much improved that she can now understand and take part in conversation. The fitting is perfect, Martha took her time being very patient with my mother in-law, and making sure she heard properly. This hearing aid is doing a fantastic job. ”
