Her knowledge, skill, care and professionalism have made it easy to trust her and to learn from her. Martha Artz-Cain suggested a behind-the-ear Oticon/GET BTE digital. There was a problem with my mother in-law having wax build-up in her left ear. After this problem was solved, we find her hearing is so much improved that she can now understand and take part in conversation. The fitting is perfect, Martha took her time being very patient with my mother in-law, and making sure she heard properly. This hearing aid is doing a fantastic job. ”
