The audio testing was done in a soundproof room, and the variety of tests given by Dr. Barbara Parker was excellent. I appreciated that Dr. Parker talked with me about the results after the tests. She helped me to understand what areas of my hearing were being affected and what sounds I was missing out on. I want to keep my hearing as long as possible and appreciated her suggestions. “Having been with Dr. Parker’s services, at Hearing Solutions, we decided it was time for my fourth set of hearing aids. She fully explained the Bluetooth availability in hearing aids, and explained it to my husband’s satisfaction! We ordered my hearing aids on a Tuesday morning and received them on Wednesday; we had also included the clip on microphone, and Dr. Parker spent more than an hour with us explaining everything. I use the clip on microphone when I substitute teach so the children can come up to me and what they are saying goes directly through that microphone into my hearing aids. We truly appreciate all of her assistance, her teaching and her understanding of my abilities.”
