Debra Crawford brings compassion, patience, and more than 30 years of experience in audiology to her work with patients. She earned her Master of Arts in Audiology from the University of Texas at Austin and her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Baylor University. Debra completed a hearing aid–focused fellowship at HealthFocus in Baytown, Texas, and is certified by both the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and the American Academy of Audiology.

Debra’s passion for helping individuals with hearing loss began at a young age after attending “Take Your Daughter to Work Day” at the elementary school where her mother worked as a nurse. Drawn to the work of the speech-language pathologist rather than the nurse’s office, she developed an early interest in supporting children with hearing impairment. Today, Debra is committed to treating every patient with the same care, respect, and compassion she would want for her own family, ensuring they feel comfortable and confident in their care.

Outside of work, Debra enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling with her family, and exploring new foods and cultures. She and her husband have two grown children.
