Dr. Cary Cuddeback,
AuD, CCC-A

Audiologist

Dr. Cuddeback has been an audiologist with Audio Recovery since 2014. Her externship was completed at the Hough Ear Institution. Dr. Cuddeback obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders and a Master of Audiology degree from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. A Certificate of Clinical Competence was awarded to her by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Cuddeback is proud to be the mother of two, who cherishes spending time with her children and her fur baby. She values staying active by exercising and loves to be outdoors whenever possible. A dedicated blood donor, Dr. Cuddeback gives blood as frequently as possible and is committed to the cause of organ and tissue donation.

Audiologist

Dr. Depp has been a member of the Audiology Team at Audio Recovery since 1994. His career began as a civil engineer, he later became interested in Audiology after meeting Dr. J.V.D. Hough, M.D in 1991 at the Hough Ear Institute in Oklahoma City. Dr. Depp graduated with a Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. He also attended the University of Florida where he received his Doctor of Audiology degree. He was awarded a Certificate in Clinical Competence by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Dr. Depp is married with two adult children. Family time and volunteering at a local free clinic is what he enjoys doing when not assisting his patients. Originally from Thailand, Dr. Depp knows first hand the challenges of coming to a new country far from home. He and his wife actively volunteer with a local group that supports international students. Dr. Depp and his colleagues also have given free seminars at the University of Central Oklahoma preparing international students before they return to their home country. He has also participated in medical mission trips to Nicaragua and Thailand.

Jeri Mills,
AuD, MS, CCC-A, FAAA

Audiologist

Jeri Mills is a native of  Aurora, Colorado where she attended and received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Colorado State University. Jeri went on to complete her Master of Science from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center. She holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is also a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. 

What she loves about the field of Audiology is that no two patients are alike, each is unique but the one common goal is improving communication. Jeri is married with two adult daughters. In her free time, she enjoys reading and get togethers with friends. Jeri has been an audiologist at Audio Recovery since 1998.

Dr. Kerri Conley-Stueve,

Audiologist

Dr. Stueve is originally from Oklahoma City. She attended Northwestern Oklahoma State University where she received her Bachelor of Arts in English, a master’s degree from the University of Oklahoma in Communication Sciences and Disorders and her Doctorate in Audiology from Salus University.

She is also a fellow of the American Academy of Audiology. Each year she is nominated by her patients for Oklahoma’s best audiologist. Dr. Stueve holds a a Certificate in Clinical Competence by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and continues to maintain membership in ASHA. 

Dr. Stueve came to the Hough Ear Institute as an extern in 1996 and accepted a full-time position at Audio Recovery in 1998 and has been there ever since. She loves working with her patients, educating them about their hearing loss and making sure they feel supported on their journey toward better hearing and a better quality of life.

Dr. Stueve and her husband spend their time entertaining friends, family and traveling. Their favorite destinations are those where they can spend a lot of time outdoors. Dr. Stueve is also a lover of the arts and enjoys literature, music, and film.

Nell Wilson,
MA, CCC-A

Audiologist

Nell Wilson is a native of Mississippi otherwise known as The Magnolia State. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Mississippi and went on to obtained her Master of Arts Degree from the University of Memphis. Nell previously worked as a pediatric audiologist in Arkansas, then joined Otologic Medical Clinic providing a wide variety of audiological services as well as participating in research at Hough Ear Institute. In 2007 she joined Audio Recovery. Nell is a member of the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and holds a Certificate in Clinical Competence in Audiology.

She and husband, John, have an adult son and daughter. Both children are accomplished musicians, and she enjoys participating in anything musical when   her children are involved. Nell and her husband have been volunteering with a group which provides spiritual support for young people on military bases, college campuses and within the community.

Becky Kromer

Certified/Licensed Audiology Assistant

In 2009 Becky started as a Patient Coordinator with Audio Recovery. She became an Audiology Assistant in 2019, after becoming certified through Nova Southeastern University.

Becky grew up on an acreage in Midwest City helping her parents with their family-owned feed and tack store. She was offered a rodeo scholarship in Big Spring, TX, where she began her general studies in college. Becky also studied Allied Health at UCO in Edmond. Her journey in the medical field began at a young age; gaining knowledge in many aspects of medicine; including a hospital, physical therapy, physicians and dentistry clinics.

Becky is married to her high school sweetheart. They have two young adult daughters. She enjoys being outdoors, gardening, bike riding and long walks.

Becky enjoys the service she provides to our patients and knowing that she is helping with their hearing needs.

Meggan Mott

Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Meggan has worked as a part of the front desk team since June 2021. Originally from Pine Bluff, AR, she relocated to Oklahoma in her childhood.

Traveling, music and quality time with family/friends are her passions. Meggan has five siblings between her parents. She really enjoys movies and is always looking for new movie suggestions. Meggan values helping people and making sure they leave Audio Recovery with a smile on their face!

Marcia Freeman

Front Desk Patient Coordinator

Marcia has a great love for helping people and has worked as a Patient Coordinator with our front desk team since October 2023.

She is originally from Arkansas and has moved around the US doing ministry for the past 30 years. Marcia is passionate about Women’s ministry but also still has a great love for Missions.

She graduated from Ouachita Baptist University with a BA in Missions and Sociology. Meggan loves to read old history books and watch documentaries about other cultures, biblical archeology, and history. She also enjoys studying the Bible and how it has affected the world throughout history in her free time.

Meggan disciples women in developing a deeper walk with Christ through diving deeper into God’s word and through encouraging women to develop true friendships with one another. Her motto is “No one was meant to do life alone”.

Joy Daniels

Insurance Coordinator

Joy is originally from Altus AFB, OK. She is an Insurance Coordinator who has worked for Audio Recovery since May 2021. Joy has a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood Education and an Associate of Science in Medical Billing and Coding.

Joy is an active member of the First Baptist Church of Midwest City where she teaches Kindergarten and 1st grade Sunday School.

She has three grown daughters, one granddaughter, several furry kittens and puppies. She finds joy in traveling to new places  and loves spending time with her friends and family.

Amber Cromak

Accountant & Insurance Coordinator

Amber serves as our bookkeeper and takes on the role as one of our insurance coordinators. After moving back to Oklahoma to be closer to family, She joined the Audio Recovery team in January 2022.

Amber has an eye for detail, a head for numbers and a heart for service. Her  husband is an Army veteran, “This We'll Defend”, so she has lived and volunteered in areas all over the United States.

Amber and her husband have one daughter and two fur kids at home. She enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has a habit of collecting hobbies and special interests. Amber believes, There is always something new to learn about, even if there aren’t enough hours to master it! She also loves to bake, curl up with a dog for a snuggle, read an interesting book, or watch a favorite movie on the weekend.

Stuart Long

Technician

Stuart Long is our full-time technician and has been factory trained to service and perform minor repairs on our patient’s hearing instruments.

He and his wife, Grace, are actively involved at Henderson Hills Baptist Church and their international ministry.

Stuart has been a part of the Audio Recovery team since 2012.

Karren Brown

Inventory Coordinator

Karren is our Inventory Coordinator and has worked at Audio Recovery since 2013. She resides in Midwest City and is an active member of St. Matthew United Methodist Church. There she teaches 4th & 5th grade Sunday school and performs with the handbell choir.

Karren is an enthusiastic baker, with a passion for an old European cookie called “Springerle” that she loves to share with others. She cherishes time spent with her 4 nephews and 6 nieces, loves traveling and ensures she takes a fun vacation each year! Karen also enjoys playing board games with her family, growing fresh herbs & making homemade ice cream.

Steve Wilson

Clinic Manager, B.S., Master of Business Administration

Steve joined the Audio Recovery team in 2020, and is one of our newer team members. After completing his degree from Oklahoma State University he began his career in entrepreneurship, spearheading his own business. Steve went on to graduate from University of Central Oklahoma with a Master’s in Business Administration.

For 15 years Steve ran his own business before joining Audio Recovery. He loves people and gets the greatest joy from bonding with them. Steve has volunteered with a local group for over 13 years that welcomes international students and helps minister to their needs. He has also participated in several short-term mission trips and truly loves building relationships.

Steve is married and has 2 daughters. He relishes traveling and exploring new places. Steve has always enjoyed the great outdoors and finds much satisfaction in camping, hiking, fishing, swimming and almost all outdoor activities.

Hearing Tests - Listed here are different types of hearing tests available.

There are several other types of tests available, each dedicated to revealing a certain aspect of your hearing health. We’ll examine your overall symptoms and determine which hearing tests best meet your needs.

Hearing Aid Selection - The best hearing aids for you depend on a variety of factors from the type of hearing loss you have, to the extent of hearing loss, to what your favorite activities are. Listed are a few of the top brands we carry: Widex, Starkey, ReSound, Lyric, Unitron,  Signia and Rexton (part of Sivantos), Oticon and Phonak. Hearing aid accessories for purchase.

Earmold impressions will be taken of your ears if necessary (this will usually occur two weeks prior to your fitting session). This will help ensure a comfortable fit.

Hearing Aid Sales - We’ve mapped out information on pricing and payment options. Payment Options:

  • Option One - Payment is due in full when you are fitted with the hearing aids. The benefit of this option is that you will receive a free charger for rechargeable hearing aids or a two-year supply of batteries for traditional hearing aids.
  • Option Two - Financed through a loan program with the Oklahoma Assistive Technology Foundation (OkAT) or through CareCredit. Once the  the OkAT funds arrive, your hearing aids will be ordered. We will fit you at that time and will also be eligible for a free charger for rechargeable hearing aids or a two-year supply the batteries for traditional hearing aids.

Hearing Aid Fittings - We will program your hearing aids based on the results of your hearing tests and personalized needs. This ensures your hearing aids are working at peak performance. During a fitting session, a hearing specialist will also perform the following:

  • Real Ear Measurement (REM) is performed to ensure your hearing aid is providing the correct amount of amplification.
  • We will make any final adjustments needed to ensure your hearing aid is in optimum working order.
  • Typical maintenance and upkeep tasks, such as how to change or charge the batteries of the hearing aid or how to sync it to your phone.

Hearing Aid Service and Repairs Laboratory – Our laboratory is available to our patients whose hearing aids need cleaning, retubing, dome changes, or simple repairs. Our technician works by appointment during our regularly scheduled hours. Please call  to schedule this appointment.
