“Dr. Karen is the best! Always wears a smile and listens! This morning my hearing aids were whistling enough to make me think something has to be done before I lose it. Everything I did made it worse. So I decided to drive to High Point and let them check my hearing aids. Last week I couldn’t hear at all out of them and the nicest lady cleaned them saying wax was the issue. While I was there Dr. Karen came in and spoke. Then one of the office staff came out and said that my hearing aids were good but that Dr. Karen was going to check my ears for wax. After checking she decided to wash them out which resulted in some wax removal and LOTS better hearing.
