“Terrible service. Unless you're planning to buy hearing aids, these people don't want to help and are not personable. And they've made that explicitly clear by stating that I should buy new aids rather than spend the money on repair. I'm now in the market to replace my current aids but after three times visiting, I will never spend my time or money here again. I've never met the audiologist who is apparently too busy/important to meet potential clients in the lobby or even call me and tell me what needs to be done on the aid. I've dropped my aids off for repair several times. This most recent visit, I'm still waiting after a month for one to return. I told them my aid was not under warranty when I dropped it off, and it took them several weeks to even send it off for repair. Next phone call I got was, "Your aid isn't under warranty, do you still want it fixed?" This is three weeks after dropping it off. Two weeks later, I'm still waiting. You'd think I didn't rely on my hearing aids. I'm not deaf. They're just for display. I've never had such terrible service and if this is any reflection of how the rest of their services are, I'd rather give my money to some folks who need it. I've never been so aggravated by any kind of service. My other aid needs repair (the first repair earlier this summer was defective and needs to be returned) and IS under warranty. By the time the first one gets back, the warranty will be over. I'd rather shoot myself in the foot than deal with this dealer again and again.”
