Michelle Miller holds her master’s degree from the University of South Florida and has practiced Audiology in a variety of clinical settings for over 15 years.
She is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology and holds her Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
Michelle’s philosophy is to help her patients understand not only their hearing loss but how it relates to their overall well-being. She tries to create an atmosphere where her patients and their families can share their experiences so she can partner with them to find solutions to the many communication difficulties specific to hearing loss. She enjoys helping her patients navigate any feelings of denial, frustration, or isolation that often are a result of hearing loss as well as celebrating with them the joy of hearing again through treatment with hearing devices.
Sheree Richardson,
MS, AuD
Audiologist
A native of northwest Indiana, Sheree graduated from Purdue University in 1985. She possesses a strong clinical background along with broad expertise in hearing aid technology. She has many years of experience working in otolaryngology clinics, a hospital, and as an educational trainer for a major hearing aid manufacturer. Outside of work, she enjoys singing, performing in community theater, crafts and spending quality time with her husband and golden retriever. Sheree’s warm light-hearted personality ensures you feel at ease as she provides outstanding quality care for your audiology and hearing aid needs.
Karen Smith
Audiology Assistant/PCC
Karen has been with Dr. Campbell’s for over 20 years. She has over 25 years of experience working in front and back medical offices, including audiology and ENT. Karen enjoys being a part of a patient’s hearing journey. Patient care is her top priority and she does her best to ensure each patient is treated with the utmost respect and receives the help they need.
In her free time, Karen loves the outdoors and traveling.

“ I visited the Hearing Solutions office because for several days I couldn't get full volume in one of the devices. When I saw Sheree she restored the sound immediately and showed me the problem. In the past few months, wax in my ear had clogged the receptor, and she showed me again how to replace the tiny section that came with my purchase. When I bought the hearing aids, she had told me about that "fix" and demonstrated it carefully, but I had forgotten. She kindly assured me she would help me again, in case I forgot again. I feel welcome, and trust completely the professional care I've received from the beginning. The excellent quality of these hearing aids has been essential to my sense of independence and ability to hear conversations, music, and radio or TV programs. And they're so safe and comfortable I forget they're a part of me! ”

“I have had my Oticon Real hearing aids for about a year. I am very happy with these, and with the service at this office. Recently, I purchased the ConnectClip accessory to use with my aids. I use it to connect to my computer to stream sound from videos, and listen to music online. Using the ConnectClip with my music setting on the app provides a wonderful listening experience. Music has always been important in my life, and I am hearing it in a way I have not in years. The full spectrum of sound with more appropriate blance of frequencies. I have also used it with online meetings and can hear so much better with the direct audio, and was told by a colleague that the mic gives better sound for the other in the meeting. It has also been valuable in noisy restaurants. I can turn on the mic, and the person with me clips it on or uses the lanyard, and I can hear them clearly over the background noise. It also allows for remote calling with an android phone, but I do not need that function (at least not right now). It has been work the expense to add this accessory. ”
