“Dear Ms. Rogan, My only complaint with you has to do with your web site. Particularly the setting an appointment section. Do you really need people to call after they had made the appointment online. I found that to be redundant. People who would use the online service, probably have problems using the telephone in the first place. I found the online scheduler a convenient service. Sincerely your’s, ”
