“I last saw Dr.Rogan in 2011 at the suggestion of a friend…I went back recently for a checkup and had another great experience with her. Will be following up on potential hearing aids. She is very thorough and professional. I had tried another hearing clinic nearby for a free assessment, but felt the experience was like going to a snake-oil salesman. My only concern is that Dr. Rogan does not accept my insurance plan, but I will still proceed. ”

Do you really need people to call after they had made the appointment online. I found that to be redundant.
