“Been wearing hearing aids since 2011, using 5 different audiologists during that time. John Hinzey is far and away the BEST I've experienced! Thorough - patient - takes time to explain, even in detail if you desire detail. Reasonably priced. Megan at the front desk is friendly, compassionate, and has a good smile, helping a person feel comfortable. I was treated as a real person, not a pocketbook of $$. Modern hearing aids have AI and many adjustments, and proper custom fitting is vital. John doesn't stop until the hearing aids fit YOU. My Phonak Audéo I90-Spheres are simply phenomenal. Thank you John! This practice is a keeper. NOTE: John and Megan are the NEW OWNERS of this practice.
