“My review is for the Audiologist, Rebecca Burden. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this audiologist was truly horrible and needs to be shared. From the moment I walked in, her tone was sarcastic and condescending. She was rude, dismissive, and made no effort to listen or understand my concerns. Instead of offering support, she implied I was lying—completely disregarding my medical history and the years I’ve spent fighting for proper diagnoses and treatment. Her lack of compassion and professionalism was astounding. To be treated like this by a medical provider, especially one who is supposed to help patients navigate complex hearing and neurological concerns, is unacceptable. She is a terrible example of what healthcare should be—cold, judgmental, and entirely unwilling to listen. Her behavior was not only offensive but retraumatizing, especially for someone with medical PTSD. If you value being heard, respected, and treated with basic human decency, I strongly advise you to avoid this provider.”
