Steven brings more than 30 years of experience in the hearing healthcare industry and is also a hearing aid user himself. He joined the HearingLife team in 2025 after successfully owning and operating a private practice in Boynton Beach and JFK. Throughout his career in the medical field—spanning optical and hearing care—Steven has witnessed and embraced the evolution of advanced digital and AI-driven hearing aid technology.
Having personally worn hearing aids from all major manufacturers, from entry-level to advanced technology, Steven offers a unique perspective rooted in firsthand experience. He understands the challenges and life-changing benefits of better hearing and uses that insight to guide each patient toward solutions that best meet their needs.
Steven believes hearing is essential to meaningful relationships, personal safety, and overall enjoyment of life. He is a strong advocate for early treatment of hearing loss, emphasizing its critical role in long-term health and well-being. “I used to take my Mother to the Boynton Beach office. When they moved to West Palm Beach, I thought "UGH". Well, we were there the other day and Lorna and Dikpal were wonderful. Mom was happy, so I was happy. They gave her a complete hearing exam and took the time to explain every aspect of it. Dikpal cleaned and adjusted Mom's hearing aides and I don't have to yell anymore.
