“My husband and I have been going here for over 9 years and felt they were excellent, but in the last year and a half the service has been poor. Elderly people who purchase thousands of dollars worth of hearing aids deserve good service for them. Now they are only open three days a week 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the afternoon. We just brought one of our aids in for repair, paid $250.00 got it back and a few weeks later it's still not working...drive down on two occasions only to find out that again no one was available to even look at it. The receptionist has an attitude..disresptful, no concern at all that without the aid some people can't hear at all, nor to offer a refund money if they can't fix them. Would not recommend them anymore.”

“I traded in a pair of 5 year old Oticon hearing aides for the Oticon Opn 1. Wow- what a difference. The new hearing aide is far superior and I now can hear the TV clearly and generally hear much better. I have been wearing hearing aides for more than ten years and I consider the Opn 1 a breakthrough product or a quantum improvement over my older hearing aides. Better yet, I can stream my phone calls from my phone directly to my hearing aides.. I also stream audio books, Netflix, and music by blue tooth directly to my phone. This is far superior to listening to my IPAD Dr Crosby did a great job of setting up my hearing programs and teaching me how to use the new hearing aides. It takes a few visits but it is well worth the effort.”
