“I most heartily recommend that this is your first, last and only stop for audiology. The staff here is efficient, knowledgeable and courteous. I saw Dr. Ann. She is not tall, doesn’t fly or have a cape, but she is Super Woman when it comes to hearing. I have been going to audiologists for 35 years. Dr Ann is easily the best and most outstanding that I have ever encountered. She has the experience and technological know how to adapt hearing devices to particular needs. I was always asking, “what did they say” from tv to meetings to church. No longer. Dr. Ann programmed my devices so that my hearing is radically improved. She also was experienced to solve my insurance so my devices were paid for. That hasn’t happened since the Navy did so 35 years ago. I live on the west coast. My audiologist is in Kilmarnock. ”
“With worsening of my hearing and tinnitus I finally came to the conclusion that I should see an audiologist as I had not been for quite sometime. The staff were knowledgeable and helpful. Kim was the best audiologist I have seen and coming from California and even going to the House Ear Clinic that is saying something. She is very knowledgeable in her field, gave me so many helpful suggestions. I’m looking forward to working with her for years to come. Highly recommend this office!”
“ I saw Kim today as I normally see Anne to get my blue tooth working again and she was very professional and kind with helping me. and resolved the problem. I'm a 100 percent disabled Vietnam veteran that really needs my hearing aids connected for my blue tooth to hear clearly as I can't hold a phone to my ears as they buzz and crackles from Tinnitus. but with the blue tooth working I do not get the interference. I've seen Anne for over2+ years, and I'd recommend The Audiology Offices to my family and friends and anyone that is having hearing problems. My wife has been seeing Kim for a lot of years with her hearing aids and problems and is a very satisfied customer. If you need help with your hearing, I definitely recommend The Audiology Offices!”
“Kim is an excellent audiologist. I have had the best advice and aid with my hearing problems over the years. I go in, she listens, gives a diagnosis and comes up with an acceptable plan for me. She does all this with a smile. Can't ask for more. ”
“Kim and the staff at The Audiology Offices in Kilmarnock VA are so pleasant to work with. They help me with all aspects of my hearing difficulties and make sure that when my appointment is finished that I have everything I need including my ability to hear. Kim you are the best!”
