“Dr. Ann goes beyond reasonable limits to assist her patients which she did in my recent appointment, With a problem unrelated to my hearing she spent some time researching and connecting me to a valuable community service. Additionally she is very knowledgeable about hearing loss and setting one's hearing aids to best address the problem. ”

“A great group lot professionals who go out of their way to help. After going to the VA in Richmond for many years, I, with Audiology Offices assistance, was transferred to the Kilkmarnock office. Couldn't be happier; appointments are faster to arrange, paperwork is minimal AND the care is outstanding. Dr Ann and team are a caring group!!!”

“I am normally seen in the Gloucester office. However, there was nothing available at the convenient time frame. I was offered an appointment, at the Kilmarnock office if I didn't mind going there. I was in agreement to the day and time available. As usual, I was greeted by the front desk staff as I entered the door. Dr Ann took me back right away, did an audiogram etc. paired my aids to my phone and I was on the road in no time. I could not ask for any better treatment. I have been seen in both offices, and both have GREAT service. Highly professional and pleasant. In discussions with friends, I always tell people to check them out. ”
