“I will never forget when I got my hearing aids. I was in my 30’s and very upset about having to wear hearing aids!!! I cried when Dr Linton was explaining just how bad my hearing loss was, and the fact that I would have the “stigma” of wearing hearing aids! I felt like people would be staring at me. Boy was I wrong!!! No one even knows I’m wearing them!!!! The day I got them, I walked outside and literally started crying because I could hear the leaves, birds, traffic...I had no idea how much I was missing out on.
