“My primary residence is in the Northern Rockies and I'm now spending about half my time in Palm Beach Gardens. I've had constant fit issues with my hearing aids for several years which have never been fully resolved and I'd just assumed that it was typical with them, Suddenly, I encountered a battery issue with one of my devices and was recommended to HearingLife. The receptionist, after a few questions, informed me that servicing my warranty was part of their service and she made an appointment for me the following day. They saw me promptly, introduced me to Deborah, for what I assumed was a quick battery replacement and I'd be out the door, which was the kind of service to which I'd become accustomed. While Deborah was replacing the battery, and without prompting, she told me that my hearing aids were not fitting properly (at last someone was paying attention), made some adjustments and replaced the inserts with a shape I'd never been offered. The improvement in fit, comfort, and security (previously the safety pieces of monofilament were falling out constantly) was immediate and has remained so. She also told me that I was overdue for an examination which I immediately scheduled. The service was great, I wasn't rushed, my questions were thoroughly answered and the entire staff was very accommodating. I'm looking forward to knowing that I now have a source to keep my hearing aids working comfortable and effectively.”
