“For the first time in my life, 3 years ago I needed to find the right and best hearing aids. Dr Nancy Wong was in my business health insurance network and via her experience, I chose her for this important process with me. Dr Wong was extremely detailed and as committed to address my hearing loss and needs as I was. She readily encouraged as many appointments as I needed to further tweak, change and adjust my Oticon hearing aids for the best possible operation.However, one year ago I went on Medicare for the first time and Dr. Wong was not listed in my Medicare network (Wellcare). Very hesitating, I went to an "in network" audiologist for my hearing aid and issues. Without naming-names, let's just say that this new audiologist group gave me stark contrast to compare with Dr. Wong. As such, I realized quickly how much more personal care, attention, detailed and helpful Dr Wong is than "other" certified audiologists. Now that my first year being contactually bound with this "other" audiologist is over, I just found that Dr. Wong is now indeed in my Medicare (Wellcare Advantage) network. I am very excited as now I can go back to Dr. Wong and receive the dedicated, desired attention and results that I have NOT had with these "other" audiologists for the pasted, "wasted" year. Called Dr. Wong‘s office and Vincent told me to come in so I could try using their dehumidifier. After 10 minutes in the dehumidifier, my hearing aid works great again!
