“Gabby is very professional and responded timely to all of my questions. The audiologist Maysoun is top notch! She made me feel very comfortable and not rushed ever. At one point I was in denial of needing aids, left her a message. She returned my call and patiently listened to me explain and put me at ease with the process explaining the enhancement aids would bring even for my mild hearing loss. I returned for my fitting of custom aids which I was able to try out before deciding if I wanted to keep. She assured me I was not stuck with the custom if I did not like. I ended up with BTE aids which fit my needs better than the custom. She even went out of her way to send the shells back in exchange for a color that suited my skin tone better. “I purchased the NEW OPN 1 MiniRite about a month ago and I am so pleased with the improvements over the last Oticon hearing aids. The sound pickup is indeed 30% better. The Added bonus was the ConnectClip, remote volume control, program changer and External Microphone that has a range of up to 65 feet. The sound quality is sharp so you won’t miss anything that is being said by a speaker. Even young children. The Bluetooth connection is quick and automatic when your iPhone or iPad is in Bluetooth “on”. Streaming high fidelity speech sound or music directly to your hearing aids. So much easier than the previous model. By the way the previous Oticon model was the best I have ever had and I have been wearing hearing aids since 1974. The fact that the chip can be upgraded over time is another plus. Anaheim Hearing with Julie Ball, Gabby for tech help and the entire staff give you what other “Hearing aid dispensers” do not. Patient, careful, expert advice for your particular hearing loss and profession needs. These hearing aids are top of the line to me. They are worth every penny that they cost. ”
