Tina Curtis joined HearingLife (formerly Ross Hearing Center) in 2017. She completed her training as a Hearing Instrument Specialist through the International Hearing Society and has since dedicated her career to helping people experience the benefits of better hearing. Tina is passionate about improving lives through personalized hearing care and finds great fulfillment in seeing the positive impact it brings to her customers’ daily lives.

A lifelong resident of Wheatfield, Indiana, Tina enjoys the outdoors and the simple pleasures of country living. In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and children—whether it’s hunting, fishing, or simply soaking up the sunshine and fresh air.

Cliff Carr is a licensed audiologist with a Master of Arts degree in Audiology and the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Audiology (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association. With extensive experience in diagnostic hearing evaluations, hearing aid fitting, and patient counseling, Cliff is dedicated to helping individuals improve their hearing and overall quality of life.

He takes a patient-centered approach to care, ensuring that each person receives personalized solutions tailored to their unique hearing needs and lifestyle. “Organized and professional from start to finish. Phone call setting the appointment and arrive for appointment. Little bit of paperwork. Friendly staff. The hearing test will test your ability to hear from loud to soft times (decibels). Doctor will also check if ear drums are clear of wax. Definitely easy and not stressful. Easy to find. Behind Dunkin Donuts on Route 30. Plenty of parking.. No neeed tp wear mask. If you need to reschedule Your appointment, they are happy to help. I will go again for a check up in the future. I'll refer my husband and any friends. ”

“The testers voice was clear and easy to understand. As the tests progressed I could tell that my hearing had deteriorated somewhat and I needed new hearing aids. New aids were tried and the difference was obvious. New aids were offered without pressure and I was assured my old ones would be available should I decide the new ones were not comfortable nor made a significant difference. The consultant was pleasant to talk to and very professional. ”

“I recently had the pleasure of meeting this doctor. I escourted a neighbor to her appointment at Ross hearing. I was so impressed, literally I had tears in my eyes. This doctor not only loves what she does she cares about her patients. She was so patient, caring, compassionate, and upbeat with this elderly patient that I would recommend no matter how far you have to drive make this your hearing doctor!”

“We, my husband and I, have had the worst possible service possible. The receptionist is rude, inconsiderate, misleading and generally does not have the skills to serve the public. The hearing appliance manufacturer, Opticon, does a poor job in maintaining their product.”

It is our understanding that at this point, you and your husband are dealing directly with the manufacturer about your concerns with regards to the hearing aid he purchased from us four years ago and he has been given a new replacement device. Here at Ross Hearing Center, every staff member strives to take a respectful and understanding approach with every patient. It is always our goal to be kind, considerate, honest and competent. We apologize for you feeling we have fallen short of that in your experience, but, we do understand that sometimes it is easier for a person to take their frustration with a situation out on the people they see regularly and who are trying to help. “I called to make an appointment and she said to come in that day - they take walk-ins. I had to take time off to go and then they didn't do anything. We ended up having to make another appointment anyway. ”

“As you were a new patient to our practice and called us about servicing hearing aids which were purchased elsewhere, and you were unable to tell us the manufacturer, model or age of the hearing aids, our standard procedure is to have you come in during our daily walk-in hours so that we can take a look at them and see if we can, in fact, service them. Once you came in and we saw the manufacturer and model were one with which we work, we were then able to schedule an appointment. ”
