“ Recently, I received my first set of hearing aids. I feel that my hearing is the way it was before I had a hearing problem. I almost don’t realize that I am wearing them. I owe my deep thanks to Dr. Sum Yee Fong of NY Audiology for improving my hearing and enabling me to participate in and to enjoy life events. Dr. Fong is a doctor’s doctor. She is a warm, empathetic, non-rushed professional who treated and resolved my problems as if they were her own. “I saw Dr. Fong today. She is helping Dr. Feng. Dr. Fong is every bit as sincere and intelligent as Dr. Feng and she provided me with great care. I am suffering. My issue was beyond my usual complaints about my on coming hearing loss. Dr. Fong helped me with the next step in my procedure to get well. She is just as caring and easy to speak to as Dr Feng. I do miss Dr. Feng a great deal but fortunately Dr. Fong is just as competent as Dr. Feng.
Each Dr. listens. Client are is they primary concern. At a time when many Drs. are just worn out from this pandemic, Dr. Fong is prepared to handle my issues. I am just so fortunate that I have these wonderful women to care for me. I am blessed!

“For many years, I had to endure the agony of a hearing loss. Finally, I decided to try NY Audiology in Flushing and was so happy I did. Dr. Winnie Feng Gring is quite good in her work and right away identified the problem and suggested a solution - on my first visit! She got me a hearing aid and I couldn't believe I'm hearing much, much better now. After a few weeks, there was a need to change the ear mold of the device to make it more comfortable to wear. As always, Dr. Winnie and her staff Sheri attended to my need and took care of the replacement right away. It has been always pleasant going to their office.”
