“I made my appointment a full year in advance. The week before they canceled and I received an appointment a month later with a different doctor which by the way they didn't tell me. Then the week before they cancelled yet again offering me the one available appointment they had until 10/29. As I have been unable to use my hearing aids for the past three months I am rescheduling my work appointments. I will update you again after my appointment. Customer friendly..I don't think so. I know that the last head of Clifton Springs did not run things this way. ”
