Clarity Hearing Aid Center - Northwest

“Jill Klein is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. Upon arriving she was almost 1 1/2 hours behind and all she did was criticize and blame other patients and her staff for her lateness. She was very pushy and rude only focusing on making a sale even before performing the hearing test. She never took the time to explain a warranty or other benefits I was entitled to. When questioned why she was attempting to sell me the hearing aids before the test, she told me that she had taken the time to do another patients hearing test first, then they never bought them. Her aggressive personality was very rattling and disturbing. I'm not the kind of person who gets pushed around but she really did a job on me. When I asked about hearing aids made in Germany, I hadn't seen them listed on the laminated sheet that she was offering to sell, she pulled a random pair out of the drawer and offered to sell them to me as long as I wasn't inputted into her computer yet because she was contractility obligated not to do so with United Healthcare. (She actually did tell me that) She acted desperate to make a sale. She was attempting to make a side deal with a pair that she no longer sold or offer any kind of warranty. Talk about dishonest. Everything was so disorganized and disturbing. I ended up giving her my credit card number to pay for the pair I was buying, made a follow-up appt and returned 2 weeks later. Upon arriving 1/2 hour early for my follow-up appt, she was again behind and blaming her patients for being late. She was unable to find me in the computer and acted frantic! Brought me into her office where she found the paperwork from my 1st appt behind the computer on her desk and the hearing aids were never ordered. I had several appts and errands to go to and since she was already 1 1/2 hours behind, I told her that we would reschedule for a later time. I repeatedly told her this and each time she insisted that I stay (my husband also had an appt for a hearing test). I finally told her "When you get your act together, call me for a follow-up appt). She wasn't happy but I was determined that she wasn't going to continue showing disrespect and act as though my time didn't matter. When I got out to my car, I went through my checking account for any charges she had made for the hearing aid. She hadn't charged my account yet so I called her from the parking lot. When she answered (her lady at the desk had called in sick and we were told she wasn't doing a very good job anyway) and I told her not to order the hearing aids. She informed me that she was doing that at that very minute and I told her that if she put the charge through my bank that I would reject the charge. We never went back. ”
