“I called and made an appointment for July 6. I was very disappointed at my appointment because they said they didn't have my appointment in their computer and I was turned away. My husband was mad, he was furious. She said that their operators never called them and confirmed my appointment with them. I was rescheduled for July 22 with another doctor, but I had wanted Dr. Shapiro because my husband had read wonderful things about her on the internet. The receptionist was frightening. I saw her screaming at this poor old man because he couldn't hear without his hearing aids. That was not professional. There were two other people in the waiting room and we looked at each other with our mouths open. I really liked the lady who tested me in the hearing room - she was very professional, very nice, and she explained things well. I did like that.”
