“I recently visited this facility for the third time in the past year as I had moved here from another town. Cliff (C.J.) and his secretary were nothing but excellent. My first visit a year ago included a new hearing test, upgrading, and supplies all at no charge for hearing aids that I had purchased elsewhere. They were very nice and professional and did not try to sell me anything. A few months ago I broke a wire. Cliff fixed it promptly with a smile-no charge. A few days ago I went in for my yearly hearing test. Cliff had some new hearing aids with improved technology. He let me try them with no pressure or obligation to buy. They were significantly better so I purchased them at half the price I had paid for my previous ones. I ask Cliff if he would mind evaluating my 81 year old father in law's aids as he was not hearing well with them. Cliff gladly gave him a new hearing test and was able to upgrade his aids. It made a large difference. All at no charge. I highly recommend Cliff and his staff. ”

“Hearing Life called my 89 year old father to set up an appointment to do a checkup on his 6 month old hearing aids. The first person we saw did a hearing test. He was pleasant. This man looked at how daddy’s hearing aids were sitting on his ears and offered to ‘shave them down’ to fit better. When the first man took daddy’s hearing aids to complete the adjustments he suggested, another man in a long white coat came in to get us to ‘go over the hearing test results’. This H.A.S. suggested that while daddy’s hearing aids were being adjusted he wanted to make sure daddy could hear everything that was going on, so the H.A.S. had an ‘extra set’ of hearing aids for daddy to borrow. Long story short, this guy tried really really hard to sell us his $7,000 hearing aids. Luckily daddy had me with him and I called BS pretty quickly, saving him a LOT of money. ”
