“Right after I called the office, I got a live voice – Eve D’Antonio. While explaining my hearing problems, she listened very carefully, spoke to me about the hearing test, and provided details, which put me at ease. She also shared some of her personal experiences. When I arrived, I met Eve and she took me directly into Dr. Vicki Moore’s office. Dr.Moore came in immediately, gave me a very pleasant greeting, listened to my hearing problems, and talked to me more about the hearing test. She also cleaned out a large amount of wax that had built up for years. The test itself was painless and thorough, as she guided me through each step, and explained the test results right after it was completed. The test had also produced a diagram which she went over with me. I was very impressed with her extensive knowledge and “bedside manner”, as she broke the news to me that I did have hearing loss. After considering specific reasons for my loss, she presented several options, including showing me some hearing aids, and offered me the opportunity to try one out.
