“Dr Steven has been working with me to regain hearing. My diagnoses is asymmetrical. My left ear nearly deaf. The problem being in my inner ear. My right not nearly as bad. Because of this, he advised that I see an ENT for further evaluation before selling me any hearing aids. I truly appreciate this approach instead of just quickly selling me any device(s). The ENT found the problem with help from an MRI. I was told that hearing aids would certainly improve my hearing. Dr Steven then explained all my options & we selected a pair of hearing aids. I am happy to say I can again hear the world around me. I find the office staff friendly & accommodating. I was set up with a payment plan with help from Chad, Practice Manager.
