“Like many people with hearing loss, I felt I was ok and was getting by. Well, I came to realize lately that I wasn’t getting by. I was saying “what” or “I missed that” all too often. I knew with the loss I had I needed an Audiologist so I did some searches and found Duncan Nulph Hearing Associates with a phenomenal amount of 5 star reviews. I made an appointment and am now hearing everything I had been missing with my new hearing aids. Dr. Nulph is an amazing person who has/is helping me every step of the way. She explained the results of my hearing tests and recommended the proper hearing aids for my loss. Like many of the reviewers have said, why did I wait so long!”

“I made the mistake of going to a national chain and the hearings aids did not fit my ear canals properly and kept falling out. They also caused some bleeding in my right ear. After a phone call from a friend from Florida, she told me to see an audiologist and to return the original hearing aids. I was very pleased with Dr Brown. She listened to my problems, retested my hearing and selected hearing aids that would fit in my ear canals. In the follow-up visits she adjusted the sound levels and gave me suggestions how to put them in my ears in an easier way because of the arthritis in my hands. She said if I continue to have problems she could make a mold to fit them in my ears. Dr. Brown really listens, is patient and has great suggestions. He recommended the practice of Duncan & Nulph. When I first entered their office I found the staff to be friendly, helpful and professional. Doctor Nulph was the same, I explained the problem I was having with my existing h/aids, she did an audio test. After the test she recommended hearing aid that would work for my hearing problems. She made some audio adjustments and told me I could try them for a couple weeks, and could make adjustments as needed. At home I discovered I could watch tv again with the volume turned way down.
