“Since I got my hearing aids, I had not been coming in for checkups like I should have. I was having problems making out voices and thought I could change the settings on my own to compensate. This wasn't really working. I made an appointment to see the Alliance office Audiologist, Kyle Woods and told her the problem I was having. She made some hearing aid adjustments and now I hear voices, as well as other sounds, more fully without mis-adjustments on my part. She did a great job diagnosing and fixing my problem. I'm very satisfied with the help I get from Modern Hearing Solutions-Alliance, and I'll definitely continue with regular appointments.”

My grandmother has been recovering from multiple surgeries and having trouble walking on her own. “I m not sure I have the name correct, but my letter of commendation is for the young lady who was at your front office on Friday, May 26, 2023. Late in the afternoon of this date I realized that I had trouble with one of my hearing aids. It was about ten to five and I knew it was too late to see anyone that day but called to ask if the office would be open on Saturday. She said the office would close in about ten minutes and not open until Tuesday, adding that she would be willing to wait for me if I wanted to come in right then. I said that I lived an hour away and she repeated that she would wait for me if I wanted to come in. I arrived at your office right at six pm . She was very pleasant and fixed the problem . I apologized and thanked her which she accepted very graciously adding that she had work she had work she was able to do while she waited for me. Then she apologized to me because I had to drive all that way to get the hearing aid fixed. I was very appreciative for not having to face the long holiday weekend with a malfunctioning hearing aid . I suggest to you that in this young lady you have a very valuable staff member.”
