Always innovating in areas of patient care and marketing, Bill has developed many unique tools that have resulted in tremendous growth of the practices which have now grown to multiple locations in the San Francisco Bay Area. Bill has been a featured speaker at regional and national meetings as well as at training's for local physicians.

Lee Diles is a licensed Hearing Aid Dispenser with knowledge in the latest technology in hearing aids and devices so he can help people make the best choices for their individual hearing needs.
Lee enjoys live music and Bay are sporting events when he is not helping other hear better.

Wesley Poarch is a licensed hearing aid dispenser who graduated from CSU Stanislaus in 2015 with a B.A. in Psychology, providing him with a profound understanding of human behavior. Leveraging his psychological background, Wesley approaches patient care with empathy and a commitment to improving their auditory health and overall well-being.
Outside of his professional duties, Wesley finds solace and enjoyment in playing basketball, immersing himself in music, and cherishing moments with his family.

“About five years ago. I noticed I could not hear what my ten year old grandson was saying. I went to the Petaluma Kenwood. When I got them in my ears....I cried. Could not believe it!!! Over the years they have immediately helped me when I needed it. ( got in the shower and forgot aids were in, etc) ... Now my grandson is fifteen and i take them off when he comes ”
