“My first experience with Hearing Life was July 3, 2023 and it was the best. I felt immediately in very professional hands when introduced to my Hearing Instrument Specialist HIS, Craig Whitcomb. I was meticulously tested and was a prime candidate for hearing aids. Craig was very personable, was a seasoned professional with years of experience capable of answering every question I had , and explained the test results and recommended options for my course of action. This was very comforting since I was not familiar with hearing issues and hearing aids and there is a mass amount of information out there. I love the hearing aids I was fitted with, the customer service that I have received from Craig and the office staff, and the hearing improvement that I have experienced. I would recommend these people and this company to everyone.”

“Been with treasure valley hearing for 5/6 years and in that time I have had a hard time getting batteries and hearing aids fixed because they are through I & I out of Seattle office. Every time they send in an order it's coded wrong or the amount is wrong so I have been with out batteries through 04/2019 they say it's l & I so I called l & I and they said code was wrong and amount was wrong and Treasure Valley says they do no wrong. They can't keep my phone number right so I call for batteries and again they are trying to get a hold of me using the wrong phone numbers again???”

“My dear brother had a spare set of hearing aids he purchased through Treasure Valley Hearing and prepaid to have them re-programmed for either my husband or myself, whoever needed them the most. “I have been struggling with hearing loss for a couple years or so. I went to another hearing office and they were not thorough... they simply did a hearing test and then were pushing for me to get this particular hearing aid. I just didn't feel comfortable in that situation and decided to go to Treasure Valley Hearing and Balance in Nampa. WOW AM I GLAD I DID!!! Every single staff member at the center was very personable... my husband and I even got a pair of movie tickets because we happened to mention it was our wedding anniversary. But I just have to brag about Melanie. She was so professional, so personable, so knowledgeable. She programmed my latest audiology test into her computer so I could see what that looked like, and took pressure readings and ear canal inspections both of which I could see on her computer! It was a very pleasant experience and I left with the feeling that Melanie would take care of me and answer any questions or concerns that I had. Highly recommend this facility!! ”

“From the first exam I could tell this was going to be very different than my previous hearing aid tests with other companies. Instead of just hearing some beeps and then getting hearing aids, the test used voices, words, my spouse's voice, talking with background noise and of course "beeps". With the new hearing aids my hearing has improved drastically over my other hearing aids. Scheduled follow ups for adjustments are part of the process. Could not be happier. I highly recommend Treasure Valley Hearing and Jacquie to anyone looking to improve their hearing. We don't live in a world of just "beeps".”
