“I went for a hearing exam. At the front desk I specifically asked how much this exam is covered by insurance and the reply was "your copay is $40" .End of conversation. I received a bill this hearing exam for over $500. This was referal from my primary, who I also contacted .... the desk person there said there were other options that would be cost free ...that was not given to me at the time I was refered, only after I complained. I would have thought the options should have been presented prior to my appointment and the front desk would have said something about additional cost.”
“She was very explanatory about the things they were going to be doing and my results and stuff like that.”
“I liked how it was a quick efficient appointment. It didn't really waste my time.”
“They knew what they were doing, and very knowledgeable. They were willing to listen to me. ”
“He seemed very thorough. ”
