Bill has helps thousands of Ohioans hear better and has learned that listening to his patients' needs will provide them with the best possible hearing solutions. He serves his patients with confidence and compassion.
Bill serves our community through many social and charitable organizations as well as mentoring programs for at-risk youth. He enjoys spending time with his family, especially his 11 grandchildren. When he isn't helping people hear better, Bill and his wife enjoy traveling in their RV. His faith, family, profession and golf are his passions.
Timothy Cross,
BC-HIS, MA
Board Certified in Hearing Instrument Sciences
Tim Cross earned his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Dayton and was introduced to the hearing industry in 1985. He has been a licensed hearing aid dispenser for over 30 years. Tim also went on to study counseling at Pensacola Christian College, and Liberty University. He has helped thousands with their hearing needs and is dedicated to his patients satisfaction.
Tim and his wife Brenda have four adult children and five grandchildren. Outside of the office, Tim enjoys singing and playing music, especially in church. He also loves teaching Sunday school, playing golf, hiking and exploring God's creation with his family.
Trevor Daniels
Hearing Specialist Trainee
Meet our Hearing Specialist Trainee Trevor Daniels, he is currently working towards licensure to become a hearing specialist with Earzlink. In the industry for over 25 years his experience is personal. Trevor has always had an interest in the ever changing technology of the hearing world, and is excited to bring his own experiences to our team!
Trevor is normally in the clinic, but when he isn’t you can catch him at the racetrack turning right to go left! His other passion is racing and he definitely has a need for speed!
Born and raised in Washington Court House, Trevor is looking forward to giving back to his community and providing excellent personalied hearing care. His devotion to his work and his approach to a knowledge-based practice will ensure the best quality hearing care.
